Answer:
Andres it is good that you are constantly improving. You've asked a lot of good questions. To answer your first question about improving your ball control and dribbling skills you will first need to improve your technical ability on the ball with both feet. While stationary with the ball it is important to improve your skills and later in your development the next step will be to have control with the ball while at full speed.
The best way to improve your technical ability and comfortability on the ball is through repetition of technical drills. The more comfortable you get with the ball the more confidence you will have with it at your feet in a game. You can find technical drills and soccer moves at these two pages below:

Your next question refers to using your weight to hold off defenders, also often referred to as strength on the ball.
The game of soccer at a high level is extremely physical and you need a strong upper and lower body to deal with the game to game duels and challenges. To improve this part of your game you will need to get a hold of a strength program that is specific to soccer. This will include lunges, squats, agility drills and much more to help you improve your lower body strength.
Your last question refers to meals before a game. Yes it's important to eat healthy before a game so your energy levels are up and your body is properly hydrated. But the most important meal is the meal the night before your game, this should include some sort of carbohydrate either chicken or pasta.
Andres, if you really want to increase your game to its highest level having a fitness program that matches your ambitions is important. Below you will see a 6 Week Pro Training Program that will get your soccer fitness to that of the pro level.
